My grand daughter’s love Webkins as do a lot of other childern I know ! Thay go on line and play games Etc. so thay are reading learning computer skills, hand eye coordination and thay have a cute cuddly toy. Great all the way around, unless the dog gets it !

I got my Rabbit on 9/4/07 (at the Boulevard Mall in Tonawanda NY, but who cares?) and I love it! Although the rabbit may not appear as cute as the other Webkinz, the picture of the rabbit on the webkinz site makes up for it. I had trouble the first time too.AFTER I went through with the registation process the site wouldn’t load so I logged out and logged in again(in the future don’t try logging out without putting your webkinz in bed unless you want to make a sick visit!). Plus it is very educational.

In all fairness, the rabbit was received quickly, in perfect shape, with the secret code, everything from the seller and amazon was perfect. unfortunately I have had nothing but trouble at the actual webkinz site, and have not yet (in 3 weeks time) been able to use the product as intended. When I go to the webkinz home page and click on new member, i only get a white screen. I have tried every suggestion in the FAQ and technical help section of the site but nothing helps. I am operating a brand new emachine, with dsl internet. My first round of emails to webkinz went unanswered, so i mailed ganz home office, where they did promptly answer me, but with a list from their own tech help page, of things i had already tried many times. my second set of emails to the webkinz site netted me an 800 # to call for assistance M-F and as I write this I have not been able to reach them yet, I suspect the site is fun for kids, but I’ve been trying to access it for three weeks with no luck yet, so take your chances, or try the site before you buy!
